: about AARTO 07 Driver Nomination Form?

To NOMINATE the driver, you will need to download and complete the AARTO 07 driver nomination form from the website aarto.gov.za. Once completed & signed before a Commissioner of Oaths, the form may be scanned & submitted online on the AARTO
website together with a copy of the nominated driver’s driving license. This option is highly recommended because it immediately alters the status of the infringement to “driver nomination” & halts all the other AARTO processes.

If an alleged infringer has failed to comply with an infringement notice, the RTIA will issue a courtesy letter and serve it on the infringer by registered mail. Failure to comply with the requirements of the courtesy letter within the time permitted will result in the issuing of an enforcement order. In addition to the applicable penalty fees payable, an additional R60 admin fee for the courtesy letter will be added.
