Nine-Ohh is a double-story home situated on the ridge in Skuitbaai overlooking the ocean. You're literally look down on the sea. The house consists of 4 bedrooms (main en-suite with 2 additional bathrooms).

Situated on the ground floor is a large lounge dining area with a compact kitchen. The whirlpool bath room with gas braai leads off the kitchen and dining area. There's also a games room with a pool table and TV.

There's an outdoor braai area and parking is in a double garage. Fynbos golf course is 800m away and its a lovely long walk to the beach and harbour area but best to travel down by car if you want a quick swim.

29 Kammabaai is a very comfortable family home consisting of 3 bedrooms (main en-suite plus an additional bathroom), a large lounge, dining, and kitchen area with an indoor/outdoor braai and super large deck with amazing views overlooking the ocean. On the lower level, there is a fully self-contained 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit.

A well-designed holiday home with a relaxed ambience set against the mountain with sea views from many angles. This home can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The top-storey main en-suite bedroom has great sea views from its own deck. There's also a double room that opens onto its own deck area facing the mountain as well as a twin room that enjoys the shared deck area.

The main level has an open plan kitchen large dining area and lounge which opens up onto a built in braai on the mountain side with 2 patio sets for entertaining. A small deck area opens onto the sea where you can enjoy your morning coffee or viewing the sunset. There is also a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a shower /toilet on this level.
