Walker Bay 4x4 Coastal Safari & Wine Tasting with Lunch

A perfect choice for those who cannot decide if they would like to go on a 4x4 coastal safari or a wine tasting tour. We got you covered on this and combined the best of both.

From the Walker Bay Nature Reserve we take a back road through part of the Walker Bay Conservancy to Lomond Wine Estate where we drive through the vineyards to get to their tasting room. This is where you get to taste a selection of their delicious wines and order one of their tasty lunch platters.

Walker Bay 4x4 Coastal Safari & Sundowners

This is the tour that got it all started for us! Our popular Walker Bay Nature Reserve sundowner tour. This 2-3 hours late afternoon tour includes sundowners on a remote beach, surrounded by the mountains, limestone cliffs and the Atlantic ocean.

The tour also includes spending some time on the stunning sand dunes and ancient Klipgat Caves, nestled in the dramatic coastal cliff faces of Walker Bay.

During the tour we follow the sandy 4x4 track through the Strandveld Fynbos and the fisherman's 4x4 trails.

Summer Time! We had a fantastic Beach and Wine tour today. 2 families that travel together enjoyed the pristine beaches of Walker Bay, catching some sun, swimming, snorkeling and enjoying the scenery. We topped the day off at a local wine farm for delicious lunch platters and some wine tasting...

We had an awesome South African family on our "Backroads to the Southern Tip of Africa" tour. The weather was not great but we had loads of fun climbing to the top of the Cape Agulhas lighthouse, some time at the Southern Tip and the kiddies even got wet in the Indian Ocean.😎We topped it off with a delicious lunch platter and wine tasting at the Black Oystercatcher.

Yesterday evening we had the most amazing South African family on our 4x4 Coastal Safari Tour. We all had a fantastic time, exploring the dunes, caves and the rock pools before they enjoyed the stunning sunset and our yummy "local is lekker" snack platter. The pure unfiltered joy and enthusiasm of their sweet 5yo son had me amazed from the first bump on the 4x4 trail... This is what they had to say,

"THANK YOU SO SO MUCH for an absolutely FANTASTIC time-we truly had just best last adventure before emigrating! And thank you for all the extra time and especially for your patience in explaining so many things to our inquisitive 5 yr old! We truly wish you all the best with the business too. SO much more than we expected, thanks again!!!"

I have something to say about plastic! Yesterday we picked up 1428 pieces of plastic off just 50 meters of beach. Yes 50 meters. ( One hour, Two people ) Included was; 11m fishing net 36m rope Bottle caps 252 Straws 151 Lollipop sticks 215 Just do a quick ÷50 off these numbers and that's how many per METER we picked up.
