A couple of years ago, a young man that was raised by women saw the strength of imbokodo and wanted a way to honor, appreciate and celebrate women as a whole, he wanted to be able to celebrate their beauty and he wanted to honor their strength, femininity and their ability to love abundantly without any fear or without any expectations. Now as he was studying women he got to understand a bit more about them, “conversations with young and older women made me realize that most women don’t actually see their power and their ability to make the world a better place, I also found out that as much as women love, but some do not love themselves as much, as much as they motivate, but some go to bed every night crying and feeling unmotivated, as much as they strengthen, some are hanging on with a thread but the amazing part is that they still manage to bring out positivity and spread it across against all odds, now for me that was a trait in women that needed to be acknowledged and celebrated and that was how Miss Royaltyship came about”. ROYALTYSHIP is a registered company that is owned by a young person that has made making a difference in people’s lives the main profit for his business, this company is owned and built by young people who want to impact people’s lives positively hence it aims at motivating young people to not only focus on themselves but on society as a whole because at Royaltyship we believe in unity and we believe that two minds are greater than one and we have proven that theory by making Miss Royaltyship a success. WHAT IS MISS ROYALTISHIP
Miss Royaltyship is one of our developing branches from the tree of “making a difference” that has started showing growth and that is showing potential of growing flowers, now this project is one that aims at building self-esteem in young girls and actually showing them that whatever you set your mind to, you can achieve regardless of the storms that come your way, you just need to have the strength of an eagle. Now we say that the road to success and leadership starts with confidence, self-appreciation and knowing your worth because those are the layers of foundation to becoming a leader. So Royaltyship has initiated a pageant that not only focuses on the perceived idea of beauty but on the real meaning of beauty, we believe that beauty comes in all shapes, sizes and shades and we believe that it is not only what is seen on the outside but on the inside as well. Now confidence is one of the main aspects of success in whatever we do, believing in the self makes the galaxies the limit, now ROYALTYSHIP wants to use this pageant as a platform to support woman empowerment and promote leadership amongst woman. Our dream is to see the girls that enter the pageant come out of it as brand new people who are ready to take over the world, and we want to see them come out of this well equipped with tools that will make them to strive for greatness and to understand that the power actually lies within them. Miss Royaltyship is a pageant but it is also a program that builds young woman, the whole program will be starting in August where we will be evaluating the participants and where we will be equipping them with the skills that they need then on the 21st of October the main event will take place where Miss Royaltyship 2017 will be formally crowned. REQUIREMENTS:
Must be between the ages of 16 – 21
Must be well spoken
Have high moral values and self-respect
Be smart, intelligent, and motivated.
Must have the ability to interact with different people and be able to sell the company and its vision to different people.
Must be able to motivate others. ABOUT THE PAGEANT
The pageant will take place on the 21st of October 2017, where the women will dress up and parade on a stage to embrace their beauty then at the end of that event, Miss Royaltyship will be crowned. We want to get to understand the contestants first, so the whole program will start months before the actual day of the pageant where we will be having meetings with the contestants just to get to understand their views about leadership, woman empowerment, making a difference etcetera and we will get to know more about their dreams, goals and their vision for the future, with all that information we will get to identify the perfect candidate to be crowned Miss ROYALTYSHIP. Before the day of the event, there will be an evaluation process where the girls will be scrutinized. Like we’ve said initially that this pageant is not like any other, your beauty is not the determining factor, but character will be, because more than anything, we want Miss Royaltyship to be a person who is going to implement change and continue being a leader and a person that inspires and we want that person to be able to make a difference not only in their own live but in the lives of the people around them.
