In the lowly town of Giyani it is north east of the Provincial capital, Polokwane. The Physical address is 257 Nyala Laan, Kremetart, Giyani, 08 The Guest House and Conference opened in 2005 and has grown to a total of 20 en suite rooms up from the initial 4rooms .It has the touch of a birdie African artisanship which refurbishes the environment. The naming, Xisaka meaning a (nest) in the local la

nguage, Xitsonga followed it with room names of birds. As such Byokota, Khwezu, Gama, Nkorho, Koti, Matengu, Nwhari, Mhangele, Nhlalala, Yimbo came to being. On the other hand, Xindzingiri, Tuva, Sowa, Gugurwani rooms has ¾ twin beds each. The remaining rooms, Xikhozani, Xivambalani, Xitsatsatsa, Xivolwani, Xighwatla and Xingunu do consist of a double bed in each room. The latter mentioned group is Xisaka 2 and the before –mentioned Xisaka3 and Xisaka1 respectively.
