You can add smart locks to your house where you can use your personal pin code to enter OR you can assign visitors their own pin codes to enter when you are not there. This is also logged and you will have have a detailed entry log of access to you home. This is perfect for guest houses and AirBnB's where no exchange of keys will be needed. You can assign a pin code to be restricted to date certain date and time periods.
