When in Hogsback plan to visit the most beautiful quaint St Patrick-On-The-Hill stone-built chapel. ✝️❤️
It is an inter denominational church offering services every Sunday at 10 am as well as on religious and special days. Even though the chapel itself belongs to the Anglican church, the various churches take turns to do the morning services.

There is a delightful garden prayer walk open to anyone who needs to reflect and pray in a blessed and peaceful garden setting with an awesome view of God’s creation. 🌺🌳🌷💐🌲
There are various points of contemplation where you can become quiet and hear God’s soft voice in the whispers of the wind through the leaves…

Weddings and baptisms💑❤️✝️
St Patricks chapel has been home to many little ones and couples over the years and many couples even return to baptise the babies in this wonderful little church. The church can seat up to 85 people for smaller ceremonies.

Wall of remembrance
There are 2 walls of remembrance, where you can either store your loved one's ashes or have a plague to remember them by. Contact the warden regarding cost and procedures.

The Merrell Hobbit trail run is an adventure run that takes place in Hogsback, a scenic village in the Eastern Cape of South Africa.

The event offers different distances and challenges for runners of all levels, from a 10km trail to a 90km journey that follows the Amatole Hiking Trail.
