The investment opportunity of a lifetime. This holiday home can earn you an income when you are not using it.

Visgraat is a luxury self-catering chalet within Kosi Bay Lodge, one of the biggest lodges in Kosi Bay.
The lodge offers a secure environment, and your guests can fully use all Kosi Bay Lodge facilities, including the swimming pool and the restaurant and pub, which have exquisite views over 3rd Lake.

Visgraat is privately nestled in the indigenous forest, with Njala antelope roaming freely.

There are two separate, en suite chalets with very spacious, air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms.
Each chalet has a king-size bed and an extra single bed for small families.
The bedrooms have comfy couches, 44-inch TVs, and coffee stations.

The stunning, modern bathrooms have big showers and toilets with his and her basins.

Both chalets have thatch roofs that add to a holiday feel but have ceilings to make the sleeping area dust-free.

The chalets have a fully equipped kitchen that forms part of the open-plan entertainment area, where one can enjoy the tranquility of the private sparkling pool and wooden deck area.
The kitchen offers 2x fridge freezers, a gas stove, and a microwave oven.
6 seater dining room table and couches.
There's a lockable, walk-in pantry to store food and a guest toilet.

You can choose a gas braai or wood braai to enjoy the Kosi Bay bush around a campfire.

All furniture, kitchen equipment, linen, and towels are included in the sale price.

Kosi Bay Lodge also renders an optional cleaning service to clean the facility before and after guests book and keep the pool clean. These cleaning services are not included in the levy amount.

Visgraat has a website and page that can be used for marketing purposes.
