6th October 2020:- The bathroom was gutted and has been tiled. New bath is in. Looking forward to seeing it with the basin and toilet as well.

Was supposed to take 4 weeks to complete but has turned into somewhat of a nightmare. But I am hoping to start furnishing and finishing it in November to be ready for December opening

Our story:- Before photos show the apartment after a bad tenant experience. Broken floor tiles in the kitchen. Tiles ripped off in the bathroom. A bath I wouldn't want to even stand in without shoes on my feet. And hopelessly blocked drains.

After photos will be added in 2 months time. And hopefully a few progress shots in between.
Hoping to start furnishing and finishing it in November to be ready for December opening but contractor Herman, (HB Plumbing) really messing me around. Not at all happy with the quality of his work and have loads of snags to resolve!
