33 The Lofts is located next to The Oceans Hotel, Boland Park, Mossel Bay and close to the famous Diaz beach. Restaurant/pub and the Diaz hub entertainment is within walking distance. This 1st floor, two Bedroom, one bathroom self catering unit includes, a fully equipped kitchen, an open plan lounge (TV, with DSTV access), dining room and balcony.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and Bedroom 2 has 2 three quarter beds, both are fitted with quality bedding for a peaceful night’s sleep. The full bathroom includes, a shower and a bath. Bath towels only are provided, please bring your own swimming/beach towels. In the kitchen a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, cutlery and crockery make it a home away from home. (Plse note - no hospitality packs, only dish washing liquid and dish towels are provided)
The communal swimming pool and outdoor braai areas are for use by residents/guests only. One enclosed garage is on site to complete the picture. (2nd vehicle has parking available outside the complex) The complex has an automated gate access control and the unit has security doors for your peace of mind. Please note the occupancy policy is a maximum of 4 (either 4 adults OR 2 Adults and 2 children.) No additional occupancy will be allowed.
SITUATED IN A NO LOAD SHEDDING AREA.
NO PETS ALLOWED and MINIMUM STAY is 3 NIGHTS.
