9 Settler Sands is a double-storey self-catering townhouse located in the Settlers Sands complex in Port Alfred, in the heart of the sunshine coast. The Settler Sands complex
is just a stroll across the road from the Port Alfred West Beach and the Kowie River. This is a family apartment where families can relax and create wonderful memories.
9 Settlers Sands can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Guests will have full access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay. House Rules:
*No smoking
*No pets
*No parties or events
Additional rules:
- This is a family holiday home, and we wish you to treat our home like your own. Please respect all belongings and items in the house. Most of all enjoy your stay - Strictly no smoking - Port Alfred and the Eastern Cape currently have a water crisis. Our unit does have a backup supply, which is in place to make your stay more comfortable. This supply is not endless and we ask all guests to be water wise and use water very sparingly. - Beach towels are not supplied - please ensure you bring your own beach towels. No linen or towels are to be removed from the unit or taken down to the beach
