At our Pet Travel Centre you can book your pet's flights to various destinations across the globe. We assist you with bookings, vet appointments, customs clearance and airport handling. We are IPATA (International Pet + Animal Transport Association) acccredited. IPATA is preffered by agents and airlines across the globe. Our services include tailor made timelines for international travel, as this

requires much planning and often several vet visits for blood tests. We manufacture the travel boxes on site and these can be custom made depending on your pets' size and needs. We love reuniting families and each pet that we transport becomes part of the Paws & Claws family.

𝘾𝙖𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙛? There is handsome and then there's this boy..... Gorgeous Toothless spent two days at our Paws and Claws Pet Care East London facility prior to his epic adventure from East London, South Africa 🇿🇦 to Brussels, Belgium 🇧🇪

We don't think we have ever seen a kitty more in-love with a travel crate than this fella! Toothless was super-relaxed and ready for his trip from East London to Johannesburg via Airlink and then onwards to Zurich and then Brussels, Belgium via Swiss Air! Talk about a round trip and grand reunion for his doting paw-rents!

And just as fast as a cat up a tree, the Festive Season is upon us 🎄🐾🐶🐱 Our team is hard at work to make the final Yappy reunions happen before we wrap up the year for 2024!

Our Pet Travel Centre team will be putting their paws up for a little 'pause' from Wednesday, 18 December until Monday, 13 January 2025. We are immensely grateful for all the PAWsome support we have received and all the incredible reunions we have been a part of.

𝙃𝙊𝙈𝙀 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙢𝙖𝙨 🎄🐶🐶✈️
It was a GREAT adventure for zoom-bugs Sassy and BoyBoy as they set off on a grand trip from their grandpawrents home in Port Alfred, South Africa 🇿🇦 to London 🇬🇧 to be reunited with their doting family!

Sassy and BoyBoy spent a few days at our Paws and Claws Pet Care East London boarding facility while our Pet Travel Centre team prepared the final stages of their export. These two woelwaters kept the team on their toes with the energetic antics and much excitement in preparing for their epic trip!

Sassy and BoyBoy have settled right into their new homes just in time to engage in some serous Christmas paw-tivities!

A reunion that has been a few months in the making! Gorgeous Snowy enjoyed an extended stay at our Paws and Claws Pet Care East London boarding facility during his preparaion for international travel.

Our Pet Travel centre team finally bid farewell to Snowy with a trip all the way from East London, South Africa 🇿🇦 to London 🇬🇧 via Airlink and Air Maritius.

We wish Snowy all the best in London!

𝙈𝙖𝙭'𝙨 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 🐶✈️
Have you ever seen a happier dog? It was all fun and games for this lovely fella as our Pet Travel Centre team prepped him for his grand adventure from South Africa 🇿🇦 to Australia 🇦🇺

Max spent about 4 months at our Paws and Claws Pet Care East London boarding facility and a weekend at Pet's Paradise facility in Johannesburg before setting off on his long journey home via Qatar. Max is in the final stretch of his quarantine period in Melbourne and will jet off to Brisbane this weekend to finally be reunited with his mom, Tarryn.

One very excxiting weekend loading for Max and his family!

𝙃𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙎𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙃𝙤𝙢𝙚 for the beautiful Sohpia 🐱💙
It has been quite an adventure for this lovely gal as our Pet Travel Centre team assisted with her export to London in 2023, and back again to the sunny South Africa 🇿🇦

Sophia the jestetter flew from London to Doha and onto Johannesburg via Qatar and then home to East Lonon from Johannesburg via Airlink. Phew, truly here, there and everywhere! The PAWsome JCS Livestock Team assisted and facilitated Sophia's departure from London, UK 🇬🇧

Sopgia was reunited with her doting mom. Kerry!

This gorgeous girly kept our team entertained and totally smitten during her stay at our Paws and Claws Pet Care East London boarding facility for a few months while her mom and dad did some work and preparations to their new house in Johannesburg.

When they were fully settled and the house was ready to welcome the queen home, our Pet Travel Centre team arranged a flight from East London to Johannesburg via Airlink. Happy "Jozi" living sweet 𝙎𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙤 🐾

𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙 𝙍𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝘿𝙖𝙮 🌍🐾 is internationally recognised on the 28th September (tomorrow)

Rabies is a fast-acting and deadly virus which is transmitted through saliva and is the only disease which, once contracted, is 100% fatal, yet 100% preventable by vaccination.

All pets entering or leaving South Africa requires full Rabies Vaccinations as well as for Domestic flight bookings to prevent infection and transmission. Part of responsible pet ownership is ensuring your pet's vaccinations are up to date, rabies prevention starts with you.

The measurements of your pet are vital in the qouting and booking process as it allows us to determine the correct size travel crate your pet will need for it's trip in accordance with the Live Animal Regulations (LAR).

The LAR have stringent requirements in place to ensure that all animals are transported in safe, healthy and human conditions and include considerations suchs as: space to stand, fully extended in a relaxed and natrual stance, ventilation and safety.

An important part of our export process is a little 'photoshoot' of the pet measured up against the crate and inside the crate to ensure the correct length, width and height. These images are then submitted when making their airline booking along with their measurements, crate meausrements (internal/extrenal dimensions) and weight.

𝘽𝙤𝙣𝙫𝙤𝙮𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 & 𝙎𝙮𝙠𝙚𝙨 🐾🌍✈️ ~ An adventure of a lifetime for this PAWsome duo!

Ou Pet Travel Centre Team was all hands on deck in the preparation of a great adventure to reunite this lovely family - all the way from East London, South Africa 🇿🇦 to Devizes, UK 🇬🇧! The first leg was a road trip from East London to Johannesburg with a stay-over in Kroonstad.

The second leg of the trip was a flight from Johannesburg to Dubai and then onwards to London via Emirates. Sally & Sykes arrived in style and our partners in pet travel, PetAirUK, safely delivered the duo to their doting family. We are happy to report that Sally & Sykes have settled right into their new UK life and are adapting to the new surroundings!

𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙔𝙤𝙧𝙠, 𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙔𝙤𝙧𝙠 ✈️🐱🐶
From Makhana to New York ~ our sweet besties, Flynn and Frieda-Rose sure have stepped-up their globe trotting game 🌍

Our Pet Travel Centre Team managed their epic journey from the small and sleepy Makhana (Grahamstown), South Africa 🇿🇦 to the hustle & bustle of New York City 🇺🇸

The first leg of their jourey was a temporary goodbye as granny Phyl dropped Flynn & Frieda-Rose of at our Paws and Claws Pet Care East London facility for a little R&R before setting off an adventurous road trip from East London to Johannesburg. Granny Phyl will be reuniting with the family soon too!

The second leg of their trip was a check-in for their flight with Swiss Air from Johannesburg to Belgium and then onwards to JFK in USA. PHEW! talk about a grand adventure! We are happy to report that Flynn and Frieda-Rose made the journey look like a walk in the park and have been happily reunited with their doting mom, Carla.
