Details Of The Hike from Port St John's to Coffee Bay

The hike starts in Port St John's and end ends in Coffee Bay, with overnight stops in rural villages. It's a 5 days 4 nights hike along the coast.

There's no need to worry about food, sleeping bags or tents, everything is provided for. This is one of the beautiful and affordable hiking tours in the Eastern Cape.
For the lovers of adventure there are about 6 river crossings - the big ones have ferries/boats and walk to cross the small ones.

Make sure you don't carry stuff you won't need. All you need for this hike is a small backpack with a limited number of clothes, towels, water bottles, good hiking shoes and don't forget to bring your camera and binoculars.
All the time you'll be accompanied by a trained local tour guide and everything will be organised for you.

Prices/ Costs Of The Hike

1 person = R2600
2 - 5 people = R2450 per person
6 - 12 people = R2300 per person

How To Get To Us

- Take a Bazbus, Greyhound, Intercape or City to City to Mtata Shell Garage.
- An organised transport will pick you up at 15:00 pm and take you to your accommodation (additional cost R180 p/p one way)
- Book yourself accommodation for the night before the hike.
