Malan, Pauley and Partners are situated in Pretoria North and renders service to the following areas:

All the work is processed at the Pretoria North Head Office. When handled in a remote spot of the above areas we make use of a registered Debt Collector in the local community. In most cases we try to make eye contact with the Debtor to confirm a positive payment structure. We as your Debt Collector will be appointed as your Official Agent, in order to collect your outstanding Debt. We serve the Debtor with a Letter of Demand, Section 129 + 130 as requested by the Magistrates court, whereby we give him/her 10 days to settle the full outstanding amount with cost. If the Debtor can’t settle within 10 days, we let him/her sign an Admission of Debt and also a Section 58 for repayment in reasonable instalment as well as a Debit Order. Functional:
