There’s no better way to greet the day than from a hot ballooning experience over Stellenbosch at sunrise.

Departing daily at dawn, hot air balloon tours offer a bird’s-eye view over the vineyards and mountains, as the rising sun changes the colours of the landscape. Afterwards, you’ll celebrate with a glass of bubbly and be transported back for breakfast at Joostenberg Bistro.
