We are prepared to sign any confidentiality agreements. Our transcribers have been duly sworn in
and are bound to a strict code of conduct to comply with confidentiality. Rates

Recording Services
We provide our services at the required venue and according to your requirements. The recordings
are done by our skilled and experienced technicians. Audio playback enables dispute resolution
(recorded proceedings can be played back on the sound system speakers). Microphone jacks are
available to accommodate unidirectional and omni directional microphones
Transcription Services/Translation Services
We have specialised and experienced Dictaphone transcribers. Our typists are bilingual and we also
offer transcription in other ethnic languages e.g. Zulu, Sotho and Xhosa. Transcripts are edited and certified as a true and correct transcription of the recorded proceedings. The transcript of the proceedings will be delivered to the client within the specified time as agreed
with client. Either in hard copy format or electronic format as pre-arranged with client. Extra copies
of transcripts are also available on request. We also offer translation services on request. We are au fait with the requirements set out in the Rules of the Supreme Court of Appeals with
regard to the preparation of appeal records and strictly adhere thereto. Equipment
We have all the latest equipment available for the transcribing of mixed media:
Digital/ Analogue Recordings. Conference recordings:
We provide all necessary recording equipment and microphones. Our technician will arrive prior to
the commencement of the proceedings to set up the equipment. Labour law proceedings
We render advisory services during disciplinary hearings and we will chair the hearing if required. Forensic Investigations
We focus on Corporate Fraud Management, investigations into theft, fraud and corruption and
security management. The increasing sophistication of white-collar crime in the corporate
environment necessitates utilizing new investigation techniques to prevent commercial crime. We are well respected in terms of our knowledge, experience and skills in this field. Other services and requirements
A meeting will be arranged with the client if any specific requirements must be met. On request, we
will view the venue where the proceedings will be held to ensure seamless, accurate and efficient

Well Good Morning folks here we are again a new year and we already into February 2018 ........
We are well on our way with our first set of hearings /recordings for the SAHRC.
