Brewing is fun but also needs some degree of planning. The beer will only be ready in 4 or 5 weeks time so while it is snowing today on Table Mountain, I'm brewing a juicy, tropical hazy IPA for when the sun eventually makes a comeback.
Made with fresh Riwaka, Motueka, Southern Passion and others.
Look out for it in the next few weeks.
