Morning game drives with Kgalagadi’s fearless lions.

During Endless Africa group tours, guests can embark on self-drive game drives within the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park and Mabuasehube Game Reserve. This allows you to explore the park at your own pace and experience the thrill of unexpected wildlife sightings, creating your own unforgettable memories.

In the evenings, the group gets together around the campfire to share stories and show off photos from the day’s sightings offering a perfect blend of solo adventure and group connection.

We are happy to announce our latest addition to the Endless Africa tour calendar: Follow the Orange!

In October this year we will embark on a 9-day adventure exploring the breathtaking Namakwa Eco Trail and parts of Richtersveld. Initially offered to our existing clients, the tour quickly sold out after we opened bookings to our newsletter subscribers.

The Green Kalahari

Sharing some highlights of our first Mabua tour for the year! Thanks to the recent rain in the Kalahari, the Kgalagadi is bursting with life! Our tour group was greeted with these breathtaking scenes! This is why we love the park, one day it's arid and dry the next it's blooming with vibrant colours.

When selecting a guided experience, it is crucial to verify that your tour operator or guide is legally authorized to host you and possesses the necessary qualifications.

Many travelers may not be aware that operating legally as a tour guide requires proper registration and choosing a registered guide helps mitigate risks associated with unqualified individuals in the industry.

Traveling with a registered tour guide is essential due to the regulations outlined in the Tourism Act in South Africa.🇿🇦

This legislation mandates that tour guides must possess suitable qualifications and maintain a professional demeanor in the best interests of their clients. Opting for a registered tourist guide ensures that your safety and well-being are prioritized.

A registered tourist guide is obligated to meet specific qualifications, adhere to a code of conduct, and undergo first aid training.

We encourage all travelers to always book adventures with registered tour guides and operators. When in doubt you can ask for a Tourist Identification Card or Registration Number to verify their competence.

After a very successful tour to Zambia last year we have decided to include two back-to-back tours in 2024.

One of the highlights of this journey is our visit to North Luangwa National Park. In contrast to the more well-known South Luangwa National Park, North Luangwa remains relatively remote and undeveloped, contributing to its wild and authentic character. A unique feature of this adventure is the crossing of a pontoon, adding an extra touch of excitement for our clients.

The first tour is fully booked, but there are still a few spots available for the second tour.

When we say we take you to remote locations, we mean it....😁

On the last night of all our Kalahari tours, we camp on a 10,000-hectare pan. To put this in perspective:

🌳 It's equivalent to 50 times the size of Central Park in New York.
🇲🇨 That's 50 times the size of Monaco.
🏉 You could fit 10,000 rugby fields in this vast expanse.
🐋 It's large enough to accommodate approximately 41,667 blue whales!

Now, imagine experiencing the tranquility and uniqueness of such a vast and pristine landscape during our Kalahari tours!

Endless Africa is currently seeking interns to join their team, providing essential support to lead guides during Autumn expeditions to the Kalahari in the Northern Cape, South Africa, and Botswana.

Interns will have a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the operations of overlanding adventure guiding. The expeditions will include visits to renowned locations such as the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park in both South Africa and Botswana. Interns will also have the chance to camp at various picturesque sites, including Rooiputs, Nossob, Mata Mata, Mabuasehube, and Matopi.
This internship offers a comprehensive immersion into the world of overlanding, allowing participants to develop valuable skills and knowledge while exploring the breathtaking landscapes of the Kalahari.

The ideal candidate is someone aged between 18 and 30, holding a valid driver's license, and demonstrating a passion for nature and outdoor travel.

Number of internship positions available: 2 individual positions
Internship Contract Period: 1 March 2024 - 30 May 2024 (3 months)

This means it's going to be a busy year for overland travel, so time to gear up and add some gravel to your travel in 2024!

Our recent Dog Friendly Overlander has concluded, and what a tail-wagging and adventure-packed journey it's been!

7 Dogs 🐶, 6 vehicles 🚙 and 12 humans 👫

From conquering challenging 4x4 tracks to plunging into refreshing swimming spots, our furry companions showed us that adventure knows no bounds when you've got a four-legged friend by your side. Their endless energy and infectious enthusiasm were a constant reminder of why they truly are a man's best friend.
