It's our 30th birthday this year! I can't wait to catch up with my TC friends and colleagues from around the world. Conference is such a great opportunity to learn, be inspired by and network with our amazing community 🥰

Always popular and well worth a visit, Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria is a fairytale come to life. With its stunning architecture and picturesque setting, it’s one of the most magical places in Germany. It’s not actually that old, and was built by a quirky king who was obsessed with the music of Richard Wagner, and swans… it’s a great day trip from the city of Munich!

While it’s not necessary to be fluent, learning a few key phrases in the local language will definitely enhance your travel experience – locals appreciate the effort, and it really helps you navigate and enjoy the trip so much more!

Being able to say simple phrases like “hello,” “thank you,” and “please” in the local language can go a long way!

One of the best spots in France, in my opinion of course, is on the opposite side of the country to the glamourous Riviera! Biarritz is one of my absolute favorite places to visit – it’s less ostentatious than its counterpart in the South of France, and oh so charming!

Although I definitely do love the Riviera 😉 It’s always on my list for first time travellers to France, but then again – you can’t really go wrong with anywhere in France 😋

🌊 Fun fact: The French Riviera hosts around 50% of the world’s superyacht fleet each year!

Japan: ➕ Safe, gastronomical, and culturally rich
➖ Expensive (but worth it)!

New Zealand: ➕ Beautiful, adventure-filled and easy to navigate
➖ So far away 😂

Portugal: ➕ Gorgeous cities, beaches and castles, and friendly folk
➖ No direct flights from SA (but that is not a real con, just need to add one 😉)
