Crazy jump!
Soweto Towers

At the Soweto Towers, adrenaline junkies can indulge in a wide variety of extreme activities, from bungee jumping and paintball to SCAD free falls, base jumping, rock climbing, and more. For the sane among us, there’s also an elevator to the top of the Western Cooling Tower, where you can enjoy 360-degree views of Soweto and Johannesburg. If you do decide to jump, take comfort in the fact that the staff here is handpicked and highly trained to ensure your safety. And once you’re back on solid ground, reward yourself with a cold beer at Chaf Pozi, a lively African braai restaurant located at the base of the towers.

Africa is waiting for you!

This Western Cape nature reserve is well known for its scenic beauty and its rich cultural heritage. Hundreds of Khoisan rock paintings or rock art dating back to 6000 years ago are found here, making Kagga Kamma Nature Reserve a unique nature destination in South Africa.

A Cape of adventures beckons…

CAPE POINT
Cape Town South Africa

Mistakenly cited as the point where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet, Cape Point is, nonetheless, a place like no other. (Incidentally, the two oceans’ meeting point is at Cape Agulhas). At Cape Point Nature Reserve, the mountain and ocean meet in a thunderous clash of water against rock, producing a dramatic landscape inhabited by an incredible diversity of life. As the tip of land juts out like on outstretched arm, the ocean swells around it, and multitudes of birds flock to its pristine beaches and rugged cliffs.

With a plethora of things to do and see – from the majestic mountains to the mighty ocean, not to mention the impressive flora and fauna in between – Cape Point is a wonderful day-trip destinations for locals and tourists alike. Whether it’s discovering the rich history of the area, enjoying a beach walk or swim in the tidal pools, or simply relishing time under the African sun, there is bound to be something for the whole family.

Visit one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Victoria Falls!

As the wonderful Zambezi River crashes over a basalt rock ledge and drops 354 feet or 108 metres down into a powerful whirlpool, it forms the largest sheet of falling water on the planet: the Victoria Falls. Traditionally known as Mosi-oa-Tunya (which, aptly, means ‘The Smoke that Thunders’), the falling water’s impressive roar can sometimes be heard from 25 miles or 40 kilometres away. On a wind-free day during high-water season, which runs from about February to July depending on the rain, a dazzling cloud of mist can float high above the Falls. This is truly a magnificent wonder of nature that every safari lover should experience at least once!

We own and run all of our own adventures and activities, which means that we can make sure you get only the best, seamless service possible.

Extraordinary Maasai Mara

The Maasai Mara National Reserve in the southeast corner of Kenya is the country’s premier tourism showpiece and forms part of the vast unfenced Mara-Serengeti ecosystem, including neighbouring private conservancies in Kenya and the larger Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. Species to look out for include the Big 5 (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhino), many antelope species, zebras, giraffes, hippos, crocodiles and good populations of cheetahs, hyenas and wild dogs, as well as smaller species such as serval and bat-eared fox.

The Maasai Mara can become crowded during the high safari seasons of July to November and January to February, and during these times it’s advisable to stay in the neighbouring private conservancies. The private conservancies are close enough to permit day trips to the river crossings and mass congregations of wildebeest in the reserve, with the advantage of accommodation in crowd-free camps and lodges outside of the reserve. The private conservancies allow off-road road driving, night drives and bush walks – which are not possible within the reserve.

The Maasai people play an integral role in your Maasai Mara safari and although their traditional nomadic lifestyle has largely been abandoned, they still uphold many traditions and dress codes. Many of the lodges have a strong Maasai community presence and provide wonderful and enriching cultural experiences for tourists. The neighbouring conservancies offer particularly genuine community experiences.

Where else in the world can you have a breakfast in a company of giraffes poking their heads right through a window?

Nairobi in Kenya is a home to the world renowned Giraffe Manor hotel.

Giraffe Manor is situated in southern part of Nairobi’s suburb of Karen, within a sanctuary for the rare and endangered Rothschild giraffes. Giraffes visit the hotel twice a day – for a breakfast and for an afternoon tea. During the day they are either at the Giraffe Center or at the nearby forest.

Most of the rooms at Giraffe Manor are named after giraffe residents. If you are looking for an unique opportunity to feed a giraffe from your bedroom window, send us an email [email protected]

Knysna Elephant Park

Extraordinary Elephant Encounters
The Knysna Elephant Park (est. 1994) was the first facility in South Africa to house and care for orphaned African elephants. Today, it has become a world class facility, having cared for and raised more than forty elephants.

These animals include relocated animals, orphaned calves, elephants rescued from culls and ex-circus animals. Some have become part of the resident herd, others have moved onto other reserves and facilities in the Western and Eastern Cape, depending on their personalities, bonds with other animals and welfare needs.

Glamping.

Explore Botswana!

One of Nature's masterpieces, the Okavango Delta.

The Okavango River, known as ‘the river which never finds the sea’ spills its waters over the Kalahari Desert sands and forms the world’s largest inland delta – exclusive 6000 square mile oasis for vast herds of elephant, buffalo, zebra and hundreds of other species of mammals and birds.

The Okavango is one of the planet's most beautiful wilderness areas. Its aquatic landscape goes through dramatic periods of flood and drought; yet an astonishing variety of animals have adapted to the changes making this one of the best safari destinations in Africa.

The classic Kruger Park!

Kruger is one of the easiest national parks in Africa for visitors to explore on self- guided tours. It is recommended to stay in Kruger for a minimum of five days.

If you want to capture the spirit of an authentic African experience, we will advise you to stay in several rest camps in the Kruger.

Here the main five rest camps:

-Berg en Dal. Berg-en-Dal is located in southwest Kruger in an area known for the prevalence of rhinos.

-Lower Sabi: Lower Sabie's location on the Sabie River makes it one of the most sought-after rest camps in the Kruger Park.

-Satara: Satara Camp is often referred to as the 'cat camp' because it is one of the best spots for viewing Lion, Leopard and Cheetah

-Olifants: The Olifants area plays host to most of the park’s classic larger game, elephant are common in the area.

-Letaba: This camp is well known for Elephant and bird sightings. Day and night game drives are great in this region.
