This scenic trail in the Klein Drakenstein Mountains between Paarl and Worcester runs along the Elandspad River, a tributary of the Molenaars River.

After an initial short, steep climb, the route becomes easier. The trail is well defined and swings away from the river at places, ascending quite high and providing views over the valley and the majestic Cape Fold Mountains on both sides.
