Asgevolg van slegte weer moes ek die Weskus stap verskuif. Die nuwe datum is 7 September. Daar was 'n paar kansellasies, so daar is weer 'n paar plekke beskikbaar.
Ons begin in Paternoster en stap 'n 18km roete langs die kus en deur fynbos. Ons sal halfpad stop vir 'n oggend brunch wat verskaf word. R375 per persoon.

Join us for this ''lekker' LADIES WEEKEND 18-20 October, in the Koo Valley (only 200km from Cape Town. We will stay on a farm in a beautiful spacious farm house. Included is a tractor ride high up in the Langeberg Mountain range with stunning views and delicious traditional potjiekos. We will also do a walk on a private farm to a cave in the mountain for coffee & rusks. This weekend is the perfect escape, plenty of time to relax and filled with lots of laughter and making new friends.

Join us for a spectacular 10km hike 31 August, on Paarl mountain with views over the valley and walk between the granite rocks, the second largest granite outdrop in the world. You need to be moderately fit, elevation 550m.
R390 per person Includes: A stop for coffee & rusks along the way, each guest will receive a brunch pack, we will stop for brunch at one of the dams, guided 10km circle route.

On Sunday 25 August we head into the Groot Winterhoek Reserve to spend the day in the wilderness.
We depart 8am from Porterville, stop for coffee and rusks along the way, thereafter we head into the Wilderness for a 7km hike. We will also visit Ginsmith gin, an award winning and also the highest craft gin brewery in South Africa.
Includes: transport from Porterville, coffee & rusks with a view, permit, guided hike and gin tasting for R450pp.

GIRLS WEEKEND - Robertson (20-22 September)
This is the ideal break away from your routine. Join us for this absolute fantastic weekend. We will stay on a beautiful farm at the end of the De Hoop-Kloof at the foot of the Langeberge.
Saturday early morning we will do a short walk for coffee & rusks with a beautiful view of the Langeberge. Late morning we will enjoy a relaxed and unique steam train trip trhought the stunning vineyards and open veld of the Breede River Valley while you can do a variety of wine tastings on the train. Sunday morning we will do a short walk on the farm with breath taking views.
Included: 2 Nights accommodation, breakfast & dinners, ticket for train trip and wine tasting, guided walks. R2500 per person sharing.

It was a magical weekend in Grootvadersbosch with spectacular scenery and a fantastic group of ladies as always.
We do this trip 4 times a year, March, June October and November. Be sure not to miss this spectacular Ladies weekend next year.

Spoil yourself WOMEN'S DAY with a lovely hike in a wild camp with a variety of animals. Afterwards we will enjoy a two course lunch at the beautiful Kombuis Restaurant on the farm Bosjes in the Breedekloof Valley. R590 per person

''A Taste of Porterville''. Guests started the day with a pottery class at Alna, then they visited Sierra Vista for a wine pairing with Judy and ended the day at Ebonymoon for a cooking class with Monique.

The protea season is starting. Our very popular Flower Affair adventure is open for bookings. We will depart from Porterville up Dasklip Pass (stop for coffee & rusks), we will visit a protea farm on top of the Groot Winterhoek mountains. We will do a 5km walk with the owner explaining how protea farming. Each guest will receive a bunch of proteas. After our visit we will depart to the award winning Ginsmith brewery. It is the smallest yet highest craft gin brewery in South Africa tucked away in the Groot Winterhoek. Guests will enjoy a tasting and thereafter lunch. Departure back to Porterville. All included R590 per person.
Accommodation can be arranged.

'n Groot dankie aan wat Western Cape Microadventures genader het om n paar gaste te nooi vir n uitstappie in die wildernis. Gaste was van die omgewing, kinders van Porterville Hoërskool en Porterville Primêre Skool. Dit was almal se eerste keer in Groot Winterhoek. Die hoogtepunt was om die pragtige Disa blom te vind en om te swem in helder water poele.

Ooo what an adventure it was!!! We had rain, everything was wet, then we had wind, but these girls were laughing and making jokes all the time. Brave lot of women. Sleeping Under the Stars in Riebeek Kasteel.
