Happy 2021 and, as our end of the year video said, let's toast to a much better year.

We are thrilled to announce that The Singular Patagonia will open its doors on January 19th, 2021.

The comuna of Ultima Esperanza has just passed to phase 2, so we must comply with all the health protocols that are required at this stage. Due to the immensity of Patagonia, the size of the hotel and given that most of the guests spend most part of the day on excursions outdoors, the main restriction we face today is the logistics related to meals.
During this period, indoor seating is not allowed, therefore breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in Room Service format. We are working to enable a heated terrace as an alternative while this restriction is maintained.

Both the Spa and pool will be open subject to prior reservation and limited number of guests. The excursions do not have big modifications, since being outdoors there are fewer restrictions. This season we have 19 alternatives available to venture to discover the incredible southern landscapes.

In reference to our rates, “Singular Express” and “Resuming Travel” programs are active, as well as some others.
Do not forget that Sky Airlines, Jet Smart and LATAM are flying directly to Puerto Natales, with weekly itineraries. This significantly reduces travel times allowing guests to reach The Singular in 3.5 hours, as Natales Airport is located 5 km from the hotel.

We have made our reservation, modification and / or cancellation policies even more flexible, for reservations with stays until March 31, 2021.
