The space
A wonderful newly renovated home overlooking Third Beach.

This beach house is ideal for 6 people who are looking for a modern, well positioned home a short distance from the beach.
A short walk down from the street, into the main entrance, past an outdoor shower area, brings you into a spacious open plan dining and lounge area, with wraps round deck and large sliding windows. The views are truly magical. The large modern kitchen is also on this level and has sliding doors which open on to the deck area and has a bar counter table perfect for admiring the view while enjoying early morning coffee or a glass of wine later in the day.
The main bedroom, en-suite, also on this upper level has a queen size bed and has great views of the ocean. On the lower level are the other two bedrooms both with a king size bed, also with a private bathroom, on the lower level. All are very comfortable with beautiful calming interiors.
A great bonus is a separate pool, completely private with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. This very popular home is perfect for a stylish, relaxing holiday where true Clifton living can be experienced at its very best.
Guest access
The entire house is at your disposal, along with the pool area which is completely private and for your use only.
Please be aware that there are a set of steps that you need to walk down to the house.

Other things to note
There is 24 hour security that monitors all activity on the road and down on the beach. These guys are super friendly and happy to help at all times.

Beach: Scarborough is a small conservation village nestled on the edge of a nature reserve. It has a lovely long pristine beach with white sand and crystal clear water. Lots of rock pools for kids. Crawfishing and muscle picking allow with a permit.

Golf: There are two Golf Courses about 15 minutes away. One in Simons Town and one in Clovelly, which is next to Fish Hoek.

Family friendly: We have a bunk room specially design for kids. The big garden is safe and secure, with a fence and a grass area. 2 minutes walk to the beach. There are stairs and a balcony, toddlers do need to be watched.

Romantic: Scarborough is the perfect place for a romantic escape. It is very quite, has epic sunsets and has 3 great restaurants for special occasions. The house is very well suited for couples as the King ensuite bedroom is upstairs.
