As of 01 June 2024, the Zimbabwe CAA had a price increase on permit applications and nav fees.
It is possible that this has also affected the airport fees.

Flying into Kariba (FVKB)? 🇿🇼
The airport is now regarded a CAT III aerodrome and requires prior permission to land.
Allow a little extra time for these clearances.

On Monday morning, 7 aircraft (RV-10's, Cessna 182 & PA28's) left S.A 🇿🇦🛩routing through Mozambique and Malawi arriving in Kipili on Tuesday afternoon. Kipili is a beautiful strip on the shores of Lake Tanganyika in Tanzania 🇹🇿
