Do not get trapped… Stilbaai tidal fish traps are working relics from the past. Capturing a startrail photograph of the fish traps requires specific conditions. You'd need to face your camera south, choose a night with a full moon, wait for low tide, and clear skies with minimal wind and clouds (which can be rare by the seaside). It's a patient endeavor, made better with warm company during the wait. The resulting image certainly was worth the effort, showcasing both natural and human-made wonders.
