Pentravel people are individuals who are sometimes a little weird, and renowned for their team spirit and their ability to have fun. To be a member of our team you don’t have to have had prior travel work experience. However, you do need to be passionate about travel, and you MUST have travelled internationally. You will need to have at least 18 months prior work experience (in any field) and have achieved results in previous roles. A tertiary qualification in any field is an advantage as it shows you can start and finish something. The kind of individual who is driven by success and who shares their success with others, who thrives on a challenge, is not afraid of hard work and who appreciates being richly rewarded and recognised for their achievements is a Pentravel Person.
