So I have been reflecting a lot lately about what I pay attention to and what I give my energy to . Too often I have given a f # about things that I shouldn’t , given my time up for people that don’t deserve it , taken on issues that really are not mine to fix . Turning 50 this year has given me perspective. I have done personal growth for the last 5 years and we know what we know and yet we still allow those things that don’t add value to our day creep in right ? I am in a place where I realise it is ok to walk away from those people and activities that are a one way street and to let go of the things I have no control over . Time for my life’s next adventure with people I enjoy . Take some time to think about your own situation and go make some changes for the better for you !

It has been a few months since this photo was taken in Cape Town in January this year , reflecting back I remember sitting in this pod thinking what craziness will this year bring ?

Since then I have not been my usual busy social media butterfly 🦋 simply because I am sure , like most people it has become draining readying and listening to vaccinated / not vaccinated - looming business difficulties , Aninals needing homes , posts of lost loved ones , people asking for help on all levels , job losses , more fraud corruption theft , riots and looting - does one immigrate or stay and the list goes on .

I always see things with my cup half full , and have come to realise that how I respond to things is what really matters and is one of my super powers . It is also ok to have days where you can’t help , don’t have a solution or simply say I will try even if I can’t make a promise it will all be ok .

I don’t have any answers or even a crystal ball to give us a glimpse of the future - what I do know is that it matters More that you love and live each day - because tomorrow is not guaranteed.

Wealthy and blessed Wednesday to you my friend if you are readying this ( because of cause we all know facebook also doesn’t let us see everyone on our friendship lists feed )
