The route descriptions and profiles are up on the website - here's the route for Day 1:
"Starting at the top of the highest pass in South Africa, this day is almost entirely downhill. The day starts with an early morning shuttle to the top of the pass, and the trail begins with a fast cruise down the gravel road until the headwaters of the Tsitsa River, one of the major tributaries of the Mzimvubu River. Here, riders turn off the dirt road and follow tracks and cattle paths along a ridgeline above the river gorge, before some switchbacks bring them down to cross the river. The trail then meanders through pine forests and along farm roads until Tsitsa Falls Backpackers, the overnight stop for night 1. Here, rider can walk behind the amazing upper Tsitsa Falls, see San rock art, try a zipline or explore for fossils."
