The Centenary Tree Canopy Walkway is a curved steel and timber bridge that winds and dips its way through and over the trees of the Arboretum. Inspired by a snake skeleton, and informally called 'The Boomslang' (meaning tree snake), it is a low-maintenance, low-impact sculptural raised walkway.

As promised I would comment about the event, "Beat around the Bosch". It was wonderful to be out in Stellenbosch, Cape Town, running 8km around this beautiful town. The bands were out on every corner! The only downfall was it was poorly attended - so it lacked the atmosphere that we expected. We had a great team - so had some great laughs the whole afternoon!
