Riders Retreat SA Dual Purpose Riders Weekend Tours We basically cater for your adventure bike "fix" every once in a while when you need it most :-).

Riders Retreat is an Adventure Bike operation that takes Adventure Bikers on awesome trips over a couple of days during which the rider experiences all the facets of adventure biking in a condensed time and distance framework. In short, the need we cater for is the limited time most adventure bikers have to their avail in between the one or two long distance tours they may manage to fit in during

the year. What makes us unique is that we're not a "touring" or a "training" operation, we simply provide a pre-arranged, pre-recce'd trip whereby you simply pitch up on your bike and get whisked away on an epic adventure over a short period of time and all that's required from you is to enjoy. We cater for all makes of dual purpose motorcycles ridden by riders of all skill and experience levels and the fee includes accommodation and meals with no room or bathroom sharing unless you're a couple of course. Riders Retreat.....simply fun.

A HUGE HULLO to all our Riders Retreat followers! After a long absence I am very happy to be making this announcement. following my relocation to the Western Cape in 2014.After a considerable amount of research and reconnaissance I am extremely happy to announce the official opening of Riders Retreat Western Cape! Nestled in a spectacular gorge deep inside the valley of a mysterious mountain range lies the fantastic Bosch Luys Kloof Lodge that will be home to Riders Retreat! A stone throw away from the spectacular "Sewe Weeks Poort" mountain pass this venue is ideally situated as an Adventure Bike destination, easily accessible to riders from all over the Western Cape or anywhere else in the country for that matter.To celebrate this monumental occassion we will be having the first Riders Retreat Western Cape experience on the weekend of the 29th of October, departing from Donford Motorrad Cape Town on Saturday Morning the 29th of October 2016 and returning on Sunday afternoon to the Mother City, cost is R1900-00 per person including dinner, bed and breakfast. Today we learnt that Carl Dekker lost his battle with brain cancer on the 14th February this year. We were lucky enough to meet Carl on our very 1st Riders Retreat and his larger than life personality and positivity were so inspiring to everyone. That 1st night he told us all his story and we were all in complete awe. We send his daughter Carlinda & wife Belinda all of our prayers. He was a great guy and we were blessed to have met him. Rest well Carl x
