GROUP OPTIONS
DEAR TOUR LEADER,
It is with great excitement that we announce more options for Tours to Israel and connecting countries.
We have working agreements with several Tour Operators, Travel Agencies and Independent agencies that specialize in Tours to Israel.
This means more choices, more available dates, more hotels, more tour and flight options.
This process allows us to negotiate for better options to Tour leaders and Group leaders.
Several Tours have been confirmed and new dates are still added.
Tour Conditions:
Tour Guide:
All Tours are lead by a Registered Israel Tour guide – included in the price.
Tour Leader:
A Tour leader from Karelaine will accompany Tours with Group leaders - Pastor/Minister, Pensioner, Teamleader etc that can book a tour for his own group with a minimum of 21-28 paying members
Small group Leader:
A Small group leader is someone that gathers a few friends (8) and combine with other group leaders to form a Shared group of 21-28 paying members to qualify as a Tour Group traveling on the same date.
Tours:
Shared tours will normally consist of an 6-8 Day Tour.
Any other Tour Dates may be chosen as long as minimum quantities are reached in total.
Tour dates are planned UP TO 2 YEARS IN ADVANCE and Deposits are expected 12-6 months prior departure dates. Final payments must reach us 60 days prior to departure date.
GROUP Benefits: As arranged with our office.
PACKAGE price includes all international flights, accommodation in basic tourist class hotels up to hotels of your choice, 2 meals per day, air conditioned busses, tips, and entrance fees as per Itinerary, guide/tourist transmitter and receivers etc.
