Community Tourism Organisation. www.sapphirecoasttourism.co.za It is situated on the coast a short drive south of Durban.
The town of Amanzimtoti (meaning ‘sweet waters’ in Zulu) is said to have been named by the great Zulu King Shaka after tasting the fresh water that flows out of the hills at this scenic spot. This part of the coast is a popular destination for scuba divers who come to explore Aliwal Shoal, a fossilised sand dune that lies 5km off the Umkomaas river mouth.

We don't differentiate between swimmers and non-swimmers. Our space is limited so spectators pay the same. We also don't charge by age, only height. Over 1.2m height R190pp. Under 1.2m height R130pp. Includes use of slides , tubes, benches and braai facilities. You can bring your food, cool drinks, own gazebos (max size 2x2) or umbrellas, or you can hire from us.
