This yoga retreat is for anyone who is called to visit India (the birthplace of yoga) and to deepen their practice and experience of self. I cannot wait to hold space for you here on the shores of the Indian ocean in Kovalam, Kerala.

Yoga Holidays Africa

Born out of a love for yoga and travel, launching Yoga Holidays Africa has been a life long dream of mine. My intention with Yoga Holidays Africa is to connect beautiful venues with gifted yoga teaches to create a space where lives can change. My first exposure to a yoga holiday was when I lived in the beautiful beach side village of Dahab, Egypt. I was in my 20’s when I started hosting yoga holidays in the beach side hotel - Blue Beach Club. It was here that I witnessed the profound benefits of travel and yoga. I saw many stressed out corporate employees arrive at the resort near breaking point. Within the first day the change had set it. By the end of the holiday or weekend getaway and with the combination of down time and yoga sessions each individual began to relax and return home to that safe space within.
