My aim is to change the idea that the general public have of the building industry by proving that projects can be completed on time, spec and budget. I pride myself on taking the hassle factor out of the building project by managing the whole process from beginning to end without the client needing to get involved other than for the design and finishes stages. Having been in the industry for over 10 years and having been one of the owners of a successful construction company, I have years of hands on experience not only of physically doing the work on site myself, but also being involved in the entire process of the building project as the main contractor. I have employed my own staff as well as used the services of sub contractors. This has allowed me to understand exactly what is required at every stage of the project and also what to look for when contractors are undertaking the work. Through the years of being the main contractor on site I have honed my skills of putting together schedules and budgets and ensuring that the contractors and staff successfully work according to those. I am skilled in sifting out the good contractors from the bad to create a team of contractors that are reliable and trustworthy and deliver the projects according to my high standards. I am passionate about the industry due to its diversity and fast pace and I pride myself on my meticulous approach to the projects at hand and delivering projects that exceed the clients’ expectations and come in on or below budget. I operate with integrity and honesty and enjoy pure transparency in that all contractors and suppliers quotes and prices are presented openly to the client and my project management fee is calculated as a percentage onto that. The client is lead by the hand through the entire process

Types of projects and work undertaken:
Any project that requires building work, where the client does not have the time to manage the process, is a project that Nailed It Projects will undertake. The range is broad, from the management of a new dwelling or building to the management of renovations or refurbishments to an existing dwelling and all this for both residential and commercial buildings. As long as it is in the building industry I will take the hassle factor away from the client and hand over a successful building project.
