So annoyed right now with Petworld right now. Michaela Wilson epitomizes the type of person who should not work in a customer facing role. Very unfortunate experience. See my review on hellopeter. I registered an account on hellopeter specifically for this. When you approach a company in good faith and expect some consideration and pleasantness in return but get an attitude of "I don't care - do what you like - you will basically have to fight to get your R345 back and we basically are gambling that you won't bother". Anyway after reading the other hellopeter reviews of the place I guess I got off lightly.

I bought a **** scoop for R345 from Petworld Cape Gate on 11 July. It broke today on the third use. I took it back and was told that their policy is 7 days for returns. I explained to them that this isn't a return where I just don't want the product
