Are you passionate about crafting unforgettable journeys and experiences? ADORE Africa, a premier luxury Golf Safari Beach tour operator based in Cape Town, South Africa, is seeking experienced Travel Consultants, or as we like to call it, Journey Designers.

**About Us:**
At ADORE Africa, we specialise in curating tailor-made FIT and small to medium sized group golf tours, showcasing the breathtaking beauty of Southern Africa. With a keen focus on luxury and exclusivity, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

**Position: Consultants / Journey Designers**
**Location: Cape Town, South Africa**

**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with our preferred B2B agents globally to design bespoke golf & safari tours tailored to their clients' preferences.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Southern Africa to create unforgettable itineraries that showcase the region's highlights and immersive experiences.
- Leverage your industry experience to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
- Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Ensure seamless coordination and ex*****on of all aspects of the tour planning process from beginning to end.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years experience in the travel industry, with a focus on tour planning and sales.
- In-depth knowledge of Southern Africa's attractions, accommodations, and golfing destinations.
- Proven track record of success in designing and selling bespoke travel experiences.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

At ADORE Africa we are proud to promote Superlative Golf Holidays, Luxury Safaris, Culinary Journeys & Luxury Travel Destinations. The emphasis at ADORE Africa is on maintaining a close personal relationship with our valued partners and offering their discerning travellers a superior customer experience at all times.

We are looking for a Senior Journey Designer, with a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in the luxury FIT & small specialist group inbound market.

The role is specialising in customised travel arrangements for ADORE Africa partner Golf and Leisure Tour Operators around the globe. The ability to work on an industry standard travel booking system the likes of Tourplan. A Senior Journey Designer (Consultant) has in-depth knowledge of Southern Africa.

Design, co-ordinate and project manage the logistics around the booking of accommodation, transfers, golf tee times, tours, excursions, flights and car hire to meet the client’s expectations, as well as managing and coordinating the clients on the ground experience.
