On the 22nd of August 2024, the Grand Finale of Opulent Models South Africa (OMSA) was held at the stunning Time Square South Africa SunBet Arena in Pretoria.

The Grand Finale showcased the REBIRTH of the brand and the new level of standards set in the industry.

22.08.2024 ~ DOMINATION - THERE IS NO GREY AREA 2024 !!!

Opulent Models South Africa hosted the biggest modeling show in the country.

It is the biggest professional model search competition in South Africa.

The Grand Finale Show was truly a spectacular event with 200 models that walked the runway.

The master of ceremonies was the one and only Ewan StrydomFull, well-known television and radio presenter and model.

He was joined by Melody Eleanor Middlewick, Ruben Gooranah, Sophie Ndaba, Gareth Cliff, Zarinah Hassan, Advocate Gerrie Nel, Lady Zamar, Dave Smith & Brigadier Kushie Pietersen as judges, who had the difficult task of selecting the 2024 winners.

This unique category was created for men who don’t meet the height requirements of the Runway category but still want to enter the modeling industry across various platforms.

The focus? A lean, yet soft physique reflecting traditional male model standards.

RULES & REQUIREMENTS BEFORE ENTERING:

The Next Opulent Model South Africa is a modeling competition, not a pageant or agency, scouting fresh talent across the country.

Only South African citizens can enter. A valid passport/SA ID or birth certificate is required.

Open to male contestants aged 16-35 (as of 31 July 2025) with a height between 1.60m – 1.79m.

Entrants must not be married, divorced, or have children.

Entry fee: R570.00 (Non-refundable). Includes a complimentary package valued at R6,500.00, featuring:

A full day of Mentor, Coaching, and Training, including a 90-minute catwalk training session with top industry leaders.

The Next Opulent Model South Africa accreditation (if selected as a finalist). Inform us if you’re already signed with an agency.
