The Hole-in-the-Wall - This is an extraordinary natural arch. The formation consists of a tidal island containing a natural arch that takes the form of a hole pierced through a wall of sandstone and shale by the waves of the sea located at the mouth of the Mpako River, about 8 km south of a small village, Coffee Bay on the Wild Coast Region, Eastern Cape in South Africa.

Come and explore Chapman’s Peak Drive with us and experience the twisting 9km drive with 114 curves, giving you spectacular 180° views of the Atlantic coastline.

Chapman’s Peak Drive is considered one of the best coastal and scenic drives in the world. With a dramatic mountain on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other, Chappies, as known by the locals, should be on everyone’s must-do list when visiting the Mother City.

Chapman's Peak Drive is also part of the route of two of South Africa’s biggest mass-participation races, the Cape Town Cycle Tour and the Two Oceans Marathon.

This swing is rated as the world’s highest gorge swing. You step or dive off the edge of the waterfall and plummeting into the 165m gorge (55-storey deep). The free-fall is awesome and will have you accelerating up to the astounding speed of 120km/hour in approximately 2.5 seconds.

!Khwa ttu is a museum - but different - the only state of the art Heritage Centre in the world dedicated to the San people.

FUN FACT:

The "!" in the name is pronounced via the alveo-palatal click. The tip of the tongue is pressed against the area just behind your upper front teeth and the palate. Pull your tongue sharply downwards and back, creating a sound something like when a cork is pulled from a bottle.

Our Cape Peninsula tour includes the popular Boulders Beach in Simons Town to give you a chance to see a colony of African penguins in their natural habitat.

FUN FACT:

African Penguins are monogamous and mate with the same partner for life. They breed in colonies, and pairs return to the same breeding site each year.

Enjoy scenic views of the coastline and lush forest on this Salt River loop hiking trail in Nature’s Valley. This was a guided tour by one of our guides, Asanda. The trail begins at Nature’s Valley beach, then takes you through Tsitsikamma forest, to Salt River beach, and then the Mermaids Cove before returning to Nature’s Valley beach.
