The company aims to be known for its class and stature in approaching a project, bringing and adding individual specialized style to every project that would bring out the vision and ideas of each and every client to its maximum detail. As quoted by the Trophy Works executive: “We want to treat every project like our very own new born baby, with care, sensitivity, love and passion.”
The company also aims to be within reach so as to cover and satisfy a huge market with their services and products. No specific demographically defined group should have access to their ser4vices or products. It should be at the disposal of even the average human being that needs even a bag of needles. As part of social responsibility, Trophy Works plans to work closely with underprivileged communities by engaging them in entertainment initiatives that would bring out and expose raw talent, be it artistically or businesswise, by doing this creating a platform for the youth especially to showcase their creative and intellectual work. Hereunder some ideas of initiatives …. - Talent shows, pre-show performers, entrepreneurial exhibitions, training and workshops to empower and enlighten the youth on their fields of interest. Another social responsibility act would be to hire potential individuals from the direct vicinity at which a specific event would be held. Thereby creating jobs casually or on contract (depending on the nature of the project) and at the same time giving them work experience they would have and use even in the professional corporate scene for life.
