The two-way engagement session also allows the community members to voice their opinions and provide feedback on the challenges experienced and how Harmony can find ways to improve its service offering to them.

EMPOWERMENT THROUGH PROCUREMENT Harmony supports the South African government’s imperative to facilitate sustainable socio-economic development and broader participation in the economy, mainly through procurement and enterprise and supplier development. One such initiative is empowering black women-owned businesses such as Winter Rain Engineering and Construction in the North-West Province.
At Harmony, we promote & support community empowerment. Our approach aims to enhance broad-based local and community economic empowerment and support women-owned enterprise development initiatives. Glorificar Trading, a supplier in the Free State is one of these success stories.
On this National Women's Day, let us celebrate the women in our lives and show them the love and respect they deserve. Keep rising above and keep being your authentic self! Happy National Women’s Day!
