How can one not fall in love with the Okavango Delta? For its vast, untouched and unfenced landscapes, the rich variety of wildlife; the dramatic sunrises and sunsets; the remoteness and tranquillity of its lodges; and the crazy sightings one has – like this one 🥹😍 - all to yourself! It is the perfect place to disconnect, get back to nature and settle down to that much-needed slower pace. Botswana, you have our heart 💛

Those who wander are not always lost 🐃

We humans aren’t the only ones that love to travel 😉 Mother Nature has been doing it for decades, traversing crazy distances relying on nothing but primal instinct.

Of all migrations, East Africa’s Great Migration is one of the world’s most famous and photographed wildlife event. The never ending trek of hungry gnus across Kenya and Tanzania’s plains - we’re talking more than 1.5 million wildebeest constantly on the move in pursuit of fresh new grass to graze - is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that belongs on every wildlife enthusiast’s bucket list!

When’s the best time to see this amazing phenomenon? The Great Migration happens all year round but if you would like to witness the Grumeti or Mara River crossings, then mid July through September would be your best bet.

Just Married ♥️

When Mike reached out to us in order to surprise his future wife on a honeymoon adventure through Tanzania, we were so ready to turn his dream into reality! From chasing the rhythm of the Great Migration, floating up high on a hot air balloon safari, witnessing insane big cat sightings in the Serengeti, Tanzania offered our newly weds one adventurous welcoming package.

Walking safaris are the perfect way to connect with nature, understand the wilds, follow tracks, smells, and appreciate the hidden magic of plants and smaller things.

On this walk with we came across a fascinating crocodile skull - check out those teeth 🐊🦷😳

Our guide explained how over their lifetime, crocs grow and replace lost or broken teeth. The new tooth simply pushes the broken tooth out of the socket and–voila, a perfect set of pearly whites 😁 Pretty cool right?

Lost in the wild 🐘🌿

We are currently on a Great Zimbabwe Trip, finding all the hidden gems of this fascinating country. Home to four World Heritage Sites and the World’s largest man-made reservoir, we are on a wild adventure! Stories will come up soon, but here’s a little sneak peak of our first destination – Hwange National Park. Largest National Park in Zimbabwe and home to thousands and thousands of elephants, it does not disappoint!

It’s so so easy to fall in love with Botswana. For its expansive, unspoiled and unfenced landscapes; it’s variety of wildlife and the pleasure of viewing it on a 4x4, boat, mokoro, helicopter or even on foot! The absence of other vehicles, the orange-pink sunrises and sunsets, the remoteness and tranquillity of its lodges, and its wide open spaces you have all to yourself. It’s the perfect place to press the pause button on life. disconnect, get back to nature and settle down to that much-needed slower pace.

Originally named by David Livingstone when he first wrote about the area surrounding the Falls - "a sight so wonderful that Angels must have gazed down on it in flight.” We couldn’t think of a better way to describe it.

Home to some of the most majestic granite scenery in the world, Matopos National Park is the perfect playground for any nature lover. This Unesco World Heritage Site is a stunning and otherworldly landscape of balancing rocks known as kopjes – giant boulders unfeasibly teetering on top of one another. When you see it, it's easy to understand why this place is considered the spiritual home of Zim. Breathtaking stuff.

Picture this, the sun setting over the African savanna, streaks of red, orange and pink paint the sky. The air cools down and the only thing left to do is reflect on life sipping on a Gin & Tonic. A ritual that originated in South Africa, marking the transition from day to evening.
