420kg of olives picked this year! Yay! About 40 litres of oil made. And quite a lot of whole olives in brine for eating ...

420kg of olives picked this year! Yay! About 40 litres of oil made. And quite a lot of whole olives in brine for eating in a few months time. Still not even close to full production, but last year we only got 10 litres of oil and no brined olives. Each year it gets better by a lot! Next year we will very definitely need help with picking. The fruits of our labours! Just YAY!!! 🫒❤️❤️ I will post a photo of the bottles when they are filled and labelled. Next step. 😀
