The last week has been just another regular week on Blaauwkrantz. A dozen local hunters, international cull hunters from Utah and Mark from Up State New York sealing it with some fantastic trophies. The sun never sets on Blaauwkrantz, congratulations to everyone involved!! 🇿🇦

Chris and Dave returned back to Texas🇨🇱 this morning after a memorable safari with PH Eric. 2×1 hunts are a fantastic way for two friend and associates to make memories that will last a lifetime. From a wounded bushbuck charge that sent a dog to the vet for a a few days, to a wounded buffalo that ended in favour of the brave hunters, the hunt truly made memories that the men will remember as long as they live. Congratulations guys, we look forward seeing you back at Blaauwkrantz with the rest of your families soon!!

Over last few days Blaauwkrantz has had hunters from Mauritius, Tennessee, Texas and Mexico hunting hard for trophies and culls. Conditions are warming up but the hunting around here has been even hotter. To make it even more special, these are all hunters returning to Blaauwkrantz since 2009.

Returning for their third safari at Blaauwkrantz since 2014, father and son team Ross and Mason came with a mission to fill their new trophy room back in Louisiana. During ten days of solid hunting that also took them to the highlands of the Eastern Cape, PH Francois helped them with their exciting mission. From their stories, the memories made during their September Safari are as impressive as the animals they hunted.

Congratulations guys, you have some exceptional Eastern Cape trophies to take back to Cajun country!👏🏻

After meeting with Eardley and Francois in Downtown San Antonio in January 2012, Jeff and Caroline decided to hunt Blaauwkrantz later that year and, no thanks to Covid, after 12 years the couple returned to Blaauwkrantz, with a bang! Welcome back, Jeff and Caroline!

It's always great to see so many of our hunters return, even if it takes 12 years!

A quick update after a busy two weeks on Blaauwkrantz! Between a family group from Texas and a lovely couple from Sweden, we managed to fit in some local hunters into the mix too! Some great hunting was experienced here with conditions drying off quite a bit and after a colder winter, we look forward to our management hunters arriving to help finish off what has been a great season so far.

Just a quick glance at bookings for next year and it already looks like we are set for another cracker💥So be sure to contact Zani to check for open dates that are still available for 2025.

Our Dugger group from Texas and Mississippi had a terrific hunt the last week. To be able to hunt so many different species(27) with these volumes on a single owned property allows for the group of friends to spend maximimum time together too. Blaauwkrantz in the Eastern Cape is truly a very special hunting destination !

Karl, Becky, Doug, Debbie and Kasey what pleasure it was to have to you back at Blaauwkrantz Safaris again. Karl and Becky for a record 12th safari since 2005 and Doug and Debbie not far behind with their 8th safari. Kasey returned for his third safari since 2019. Kudu was on top of the list and as the pictures can tell, the team took some tremendous bulls. Some nice warthogs, a monster waterbuck and zebras amongst others completed a busy 10 days. Congratulations and see you at Nashville next February 🇿🇦🇺🇸👏🏻

Our Masino group from Maryland had a terrific week at Blaauwkrantz Safaris, taking some exceptional animals. It all came together with a Springbok rugby braai party and fines meeting on Saturday evening after our team whipped the Irish. Just look at those tee shirts, let's go Bokke!

Texans, Wild (Mild) Bill, his son Tres and friends Payton and Micah Foster spent a week at Blaauwkrantz Safaris enjoying some fantastic hunting conditions. They also enjoyed an evening at the annual Kirkwood Wildsfees. They literally rocked!

The Bawden and Hunter families departed Blaauwkrantz and embarked on their week long self-guided tour of the Garden Route that started at our nearby Addo Elephant National Park. Their week-long adventure took the families along the beautiful route where they were entertained at the Bloukrans bungee jumping, blackwater rafting, the impressive Cango Caves at Oudtshoorn, some lovely coastal accomodation views and finally ending in Cape Town with its numerous sights and attractions.

With the ease of technological navigatiion nowadays, a self-guided tour in Africa is not as intimidating as it seems. Well done to the two families from Utah, we look forward to your return! 🇿🇦💚🍻

We've had some magnificent hunting conditions here with Blaauwkrantz Safaris in the last few months and the last 10 days has been no different with some good rains falling and cooler temperatures sparking the animals to move about and mate a lot more than previous years.

We've done some epic hunting, made great memories and got some excellent trophies too. Well done to all our hunters, PH's and staff for what's been a remarkable season so far.

Its too much to mention everyone but a picture tells a thousand words they say. Here's to the next half as we look forward to everyone and all the adventures to come! 🇿🇦👏🏻💚

Our Johnson and Haskins families from Utah are having a great time hunting together at Blaauwkrantz. They're spending quality time together, hunting and also visiting nearby Addo Elephant National Park and the Daniell Cheetah Sanctuary.

We welcome families here at Blaauwkrantz becuase we maintain that families who hunt together, stay together. 👏🏻

Blaauwkrantz isn't just famous for its kudu hunting but our nyala and bushbuck make Blaauwkrantz a Spiral Hunter's Heaven. Yesterday father and son team, Jason and Tyson from Idaho, saw what a paradise Blaauwkrantz is for nyala and bushbuck too. Congratulations and good hunting, let's get after the kudu now!

Our Dallas Dafaris Club donated hunt was everything and more than promised. Rick and Rhonda Duggan enjoyed some great hunting on Blaauwkrantz with Rick taking a record kudu for a Blaauwkrantz Safaris client. The beast of a bull's longest horn stretched the tape to 55 7/8" inches, with a SCI total of 131 7/8 putting the bull in the top 25 of all time for East Cape Kudu. Talk about surprises whilst hunting at Blaauwkrantz. Congratulations Rick! Hunting the marvelous spirals on Blaauwkrantz always requires a good measure of luck and is always exciting💥

Rick and Rhonda also kindly delivered Bibles and Blessings to our Farm School, Palmietrivier primary school . The couple also enjoyed a trip to nearby Addo Elephant National Park as well as a visit to Splitting Image Taxidermy and the unique Mohair Shop in Nelson Mandela Bay's Port Elizabeth.
