Our head office is based in Umhlanga, South Africa, with a secondary branch based in Johannesburg. We strive to create an experience that goes beyond expectation to produce a range of events from conception to completion. Event Pro will ensure a complete service solution is available to clients ranging from Executive Breakfasts, Exhibitions, Conferences, Team building activities, Golf days, Gala dinners, Product Launches, Incentive trips and so on. Our approach is mainly focused on the client’s needs and the quality of service. We have extensive experience in executing events not only in South Africa but in various African Countries around the continent. Our objective is to boost economic growth and create job opportunities in these African countries and we are able to fulfil this objective by using the services of local suppliers in the specific African Region of which the event is managed. Event Management is rapidly becoming a critical environment for nearly any endeavour where timely delivery of information, products and/ or services is required. Event management is not rocket science but it definitely takes a certain skill set; namely an obsessive attention to detail and organisation, a keen eye for aesthetics, countless hours of planning and the ability to think on your feet to find solutions to ensure a seamless ex*****on for every event.
