🚀 Exciting News 🚀

A Quick look into the installation of the hot water plant room as part of our latest project, “Menlyn Maine Trilogy - Phase 2.” This state-of-the-art facility features advanced heat pumps and hot water heat accumulators, ensuring efficient energy use and sustainability.

One of the standout advantages of this project has been our in-house drawing desk's capability to 3D render and create Building Information Modeling (BIM) designs for the plant rooms. This technology has significantly enhanced our planning process, allowing us to detect potential clashes and optimize the layout for maximum efficiency.

A massive shoutout to Brendan Fulcher and his magnificent team for their hard work and dedication in bringing this project to life! Your efforts are truly commendable, and we can't wait to see the positive impact of this installation on the Menlyn Maine community.

The project includes over 400 bathrooms, 29 Central hot water systems, over 11km of sewer line and 18km of water lines. Definitely not a job for the faint hearted. With precise planing and process’s in place, we are well ahead of schedule and on track to complete another successful project.
