We are a team of three, Sebastien & Shannon Rombi (with a 6 month old daughter) and Cornelle Naude (with a 16 year old daughter). We have been in the hospitality industry for the past 10 years, managing lodges a
nd guest houses, tour guiding and tour consulting all over Southern Africa. Throughout our years in the hospitality industry, we have realised how difficult it is to find accommodation that truly is family friendly without having to spend hours and hours on the internet researching lodges and various accommodation establishments. For this specific reason we have decided to start the first website of its kind in South Africa. Whether it be from a self-catering cabin, to a 5 star 300-bed hotel, every property that you see on this site is FAMILY FRIENDLY. www.familydestinations.co.za will not only be a very user friendly website featuring guesthouses, lodges, hotels and activities that are family friendly, it will also act as a Tour Operator specializing in tailor made packages for families travelling with their kids. Our goal behind our website is to help people like us spend minimal time in finding accommodation that is friendly to children. This website will be a portal to family friendly places, ranging from self catering to 5 star boutique hotels, game lodges and activities throughout South Africa.
