The use of indigenous ingredients such as rooibos tea, buchu, and marula fruit added a unique twist to the menu, creating a fusion of traditional and modern flavors.

Our canapés delighted guests with bite-sized treats like bobotie spring rolls, biltong crostini, and samosas and snoek pate. The buffet spread showcased a variety of mouthwatering dishes, including beef oxtail potjie and Impala potjie, pickled beetroot, and accompanied by sides like pap and chakalaka.

To end the feast on a sweet note, we served dessert bites that captured the essence of South African desserts. Malva pudding, koeksisters, and melktert were just a few of the indulgent treats that left everyone craving for more.
