Halcyon se studio kothuis is reg vir gaste van die 1ste tot 22 Desember en weer na die 6de Januarie.

Dit slaap 2 volwassenes en daar is 'n 'sleeper couch' wat 2 kindertjies onder 12 jaar oud kan slaap. Dit is 'n moderne oopplan huisie wat verskriklik lekker lewe. Braai op die stoep of geniet die sons ondergang om die braai pit. Gaan baljaar deur die dag by see en kom spoel af in n lekker buite stort met warm water. Regte 'indoor-outdoor' living!

Ons is op die Jongensfontein pad geleë, presies halfpad tussen Stilbaai en Jongensfontein. Pragtige plaas views. Minimum bespreking van 7 aande.

Due to Covid, one of our favourite guests had to cancel their booking for the long weekend and the week ahead. Our thoughts are with them.
The flowers are slowly starting to bloom again at Halcyon and seeing them reminded me of the blessings we don't always take note of on a daily basis. May we all get through these difficult times, together and bloom a bit.

By Halcyon is daar meer as net die besondere see, op die res van die plaas is daar dassies, fisante, skilpadjies en klomp bokkies. Die voels is iets om te bewonder en daar is regtig net so baie om te sien as mens lief is vir natuur! Hiér bewonder gaste die oulike skillie! Die lewe is lekker, daar is soveel om oor dankbaar te wees.

Dit is ék, Lindsay, en my Wors-kind. In pajamas! Want dis mos ook waaroor vakansies gaan! Ek en my man, Jonathan, is so bevoorreg om ons huis met julle almal te kan deel. Ons ontmoet nie altyd almal nie, maar dis so lekker om altyd mense op hul gelukkigste te kan ontmoet. Sonder stres en die gejaag wat so baie van ons lewens opneem. Om boodskappe te kry van hoe lekker julle kuier is so n lekkerny en maak my hart vol! Om julle fotos met ander te kan deel is so verskriklik lekker. Ons huis het nou al soveel van julle se "happy-place" geword. Ons sê vir ieder en elk van julle dankie!

We have to laugh! One of our Dr guests just told us there is a tranquilizers pill called Halcion. Luckily we are Halcyon but, hey, a bit of time here is about the same as the effect of these! Got to love the simple truth, we have basically been 'bottled'. 😂
