Our aim at CannaStaySA is to hook the right people up with the right people.
According to Fields of Green for All and the Dagga Couple the amount of people who use, or have used the Cannabis plant in South Africa is an estimated 20 million! And get this. There are an estimated 900 000 Cannabis farmers in South Africa and collectively they support upwards of 3 million people. Now is this not an industry to start supporting? Can the government please see this and change the legislation so entrepreneurs can successfully feed their families without the fear of being harassed and arrested. Come on Mr President! As of 18 September 2018 the law in South Africa says that one is allowed to consume and grow cannabis in a private environment. We know that most accommodation establishments are private spaces. For tourists most offer a “home away from home” experience. Our fellow stoners from around the world (many of them are from countries where the use of cannabis is legal) need safe and comfortable options.
For Cannabis friendly establishments we offer a listing service with detailed descriptions, photos and filters. You don’t have to be a cannabis user to list your property. Just cannabis friendly. After all... do you allow cigarette smoking on your private premises, or alcohol consumption? Then there is no difference. List and learn. You’ll soon discover that you would MUCH rather have a responsible stoner than an irresponsible bar fly frequenting your establishment.
